With people suing Apple for hearing loss they claim is caused by the iPod, are MP3 players going to wind up like coffee mugs with "Warning: Hot!" and packets of peanuts with "Danger: Contains Nuts!" written on them? It's time people took responsibility for their own actions - they can choose to turn the volume up or down!
